Who We Are and What We Do
Credit Phoenix provides credit repair services: analyzing your credit reports, preparing and sending disputes for items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and escalating through channels such as method-of-verification requests and CFPB complaints. We operate in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
What We Do Not Promise
No one can legally remove accurate, current, verifiable information from your credit report, and no honest company will promise you a specific score increase. We don't either. What we promise is the work, and a written money-back policy if it produces nothing.
Billing
You are never charged before the corresponding work is performed. Your first work fee is billed when your analysis and first round are completed. On monthly plans, each month is billed on your cycle date after that round of work. On pay-in-full plans, the remaining balance is billed once your program's work is finished and ready to send. Credit monitoring, billed separately by the monitoring provider, is required so we can access your reports.
Money-Back Promise
If we do not get a single qualifying item removed within your plan's promise window (120 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and Elite), you receive your fees back as described on our pricing page and in your service agreement. This is a refund policy, not a guarantee of any specific credit outcome.
Your Right to Cancel
Under CROA, you may cancel your contract without penalty within 3 business days of signing, in writing. Beyond that, our plans carry no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time, and you will only ever be billed for work already performed. Before any work begins you will receive the written disclosures and contract CROA requires, including the "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" notice.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the documents needed to work your file.
- Maintain your credit monitoring enrollment during your program.
- Forward bureau and creditor correspondence to us promptly, as responses often arrive at your address.
Disputes About These Terms
If something goes wrong, email us first at [email protected]. Most issues are resolved in one conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the state named in your service agreement.
