Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Credit Phoenix ("we," "us") helps people repair and rebuild their credit. Doing that work requires your trust and your personal information, so this policy explains plainly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information you give us (name, email address, and phone number) when you book a consultation, request a free guide, or become a client.
  • Credit information, meaning your credit reports and scores, accessed through the credit monitoring service you enroll in, used solely to perform the credit repair work you hire us for.
  • Documents you provide, such as identification and correspondence needed to prepare disputes on your behalf.

How We Use It

  • To analyze your credit reports and prepare, send, and track disputes.
  • To communicate with you about your file, your progress, and your billing.
  • To send you the resources you request, such as our free guides. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What We Never Do

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone except the service providers required to do the work you hired us for.

Who We Share It With

  • Credit bureaus and furnishers. The disputes we prepare are sent to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, secondary bureaus, and your creditors, as that is the service itself.
  • Our software providers. The client portal, credit monitoring, and CRM systems that run our operations, each bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Your Rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your data after your engagement ends (we retain what the law requires us to keep for compliance purposes, then delete it). Contact us at [email protected].

Security

Your data lives in access-controlled systems, and we limit who can see it to the people actually working your file.
