What happens in your free 30-minute assessment

  1. We go through your three bureau reports with you. Reports you already have, or reports pulled through a consumer monitoring service. That is a soft inquiry and does not affect your score.
  2. We sort every item. Inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated items can be disputed under the FCRA. Accurate, current, verifiable items cannot, and we will tell you which is which.
  3. You leave with a written plan. What round one would dispute, how escalation works (method of verification requests, direct creditor disputes, CFPB complaints), and what it costs, in writing, before anything is billed.

No obligation. No fee is charged before services are performed, and you can cancel a signed agreement within three business days under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Assessment questions

Do I need to sign up before the assessment?

No. The assessment is free and there is no obligation. If you already know what you want, you can sign up directly and skip the call.

Will the assessment affect my credit score?

No. We review reports you already have, or reports pulled through a consumer credit monitoring service, which is a soft inquiry. Soft inquiries do not affect your score.

How long does the process take after I sign up?

Each dispute round goes to the bureaus, which have 30 days under the FCRA to investigate (up to 45 in some cases). We read what comes back, then escalate or refile. Pay-in-full programs include 4 rounds on Starter and Pro and 6 on Elite; month to month, rounds continue until you cancel. We can describe the process. No one can honestly promise a result or a timeframe, and we do not.
